It was a pleasure to be invited to the STRIKE Symposium (Sodium-Ion Technology Research Innovations and Key Enhancements), held in Swansea, Wales (August 27–29, 2025), which brought together the Na-ion battery community.
At the conference, we presented our recent work, “Probing Electrode/Electrolyte Interfaces with In-situ Electrogravimetric Tools: Insights into Na-Ion Batteries.” The talk focused on how tracking subtle mass changes during electrochemical reactions can help shed light on electrode/electrolyte interfaces, particularly their dependence on electrolyte composition (solvent and salt), and on our first steps in applying these approaches to sodium-ion systems.
